For the past week here in Copenhagen the temperature has been hovering around and well above 25 degress Celcius leaving the city (and all the people here) hot and sweaty.
Yes, we know that it may not seem much compared what other countries may have, but this is pretty much as much as we Nordic people can handle.
For keeping cool we have following recommendations :
- Remember to drink plenty of water, so fill up your carafe regularly.
- To cool down, go for a swim and dry up with a towel.
- Use anything you can find as a fan, eg. a dustpan.
- Get wind in your hair as you bike through the city on a bike – transportation by car is too hot and also bad for the enviroment.
- And if the heat is too much, relax in the shadow on a daybed.
